GROUP MILESTONE
2009 - THE INCEPTION
CMG was established first as a commercial brokerage firm dealing in travel and tourism services, and thereafter evolved and branched out into its different business units.
2010
Secured cleaning and maintenance contract for leading real estate developers in the UAE, including Exclusive Links Real Estate and established a service contract with the leading global relocations company – Crown Relocations.
2013
Established partnerships with some of the largest moving and relocation companies in the USA, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East such as Allied Pickfords Dubai, Santa Fe Relocations Dubai, Geometra Worldwide Movers Singapore, Nedrac Inc, USA facilitating the export and import of containers with personal effects & household goods for the US Government Military Retirees in the Philippines.
2016
Secured a 5-year contract with Allied Pickfords Singapore for their branch in Philippines worth US$5M covering import, export, international relocation, and warehousing for their high-value accounts, including Nestle, Coca-Cola, HSBC, Shell, Asian Development Bank, as well as the Malaysian and Australian embassies, among others.
2019
Acquired a cleaning and facilities maintenance contract with luxury hotel Palazzo Versace, and Ibn Batuta Hotel in Dubai.
2019
Secured a moving service contract with Emaar Properties, setting up furniture and fixtures for their newly constructed buildings and properties.
